Instead of believing that Linda’s death was by mere accident just maybe she saw something that could have cause someone to stop a major leak, like the leak involving Valerie Plame and her agents.

Say that they took a person who was a Mind Control Agent, a Black Man who could be used for two purposes but would take care of a major issue one the problem that Linda may cause, she was young in the agency and more apart to talk about a breach of security within the White house. The breach was that she may have seem a e-mail correspondence between the major press and one Karl Rove, and or others out of the white house. A E-mail which may have included the names of CIA and other special agents overseas who were involved in corporations as working but in fact they were still agents sent in to spy on foreign lands.

Why was this leak so important to coverup, well maybe because that Karl Rove and others wanted to discredit and harm Former Embassador Joe Wilson and may eliminating his wife Valerie Plame and corrupt her work in the Middle East.

Indeed if a person had this information and shared it with others within their agency to investigate who gave it back to those within government at a high level who designed a plot to removal her was a risk. The other issue was to get rid of a second problem, which was the need to open up those FEMA camps all over the country and the World.


They needed a why to create chaos and fighting “Helter Skelter” making us to “ACT” and fight in the streets so that they can get the camps functioning by having Blacks. Whites, Middles Eastern’s, Islamic’s and everyone else fighting each other. This way they can have marshal law and then have the same president for as long as needed because of threat to America and then also by killing another bird by creating Genocides the same as the Nazi produced in Germany during WWII.

Linda Franklin, 47, is shot as she and her husband load their car outside a store at the Seven Corners Shopping Center, one of northern Virginia's busiest intersections, in an attack described by an FBI profiler as "brazen".


Franklin, 47, was an intelligence operations specialist in the Cyber Division at FBI Headquarters and had worked for the bureau for three and a half years.


"Linda was a dedicated employee, and she will be missed," Mueller said. "I know I speak for all of the FBI when I say that our thoughts and prayers go out to Linda's husband, William, her two adult children, and her family and friends. The employees who worked with Linda – and all of us – are deeply shocked and angry over this tragedy."


One of the two men found at the rest area that are being questioned is 17 years old, an AP article in the Home page for AOL stats that the 17 year old is the stepson of the 40 year old. They were arrested without incident at the rest area and apparently the 40 year old is a veteran (Gulf War), of course. He was stationed at Ft Lewis Washington and Fort Ord California, two of the centers key Psychic Warfare training centers. Yelm Washington (The Ramtha Enlightment Center) governed by the Theosophical Society and Ft Lewis Washington are very close to each other, on a map they appear to look just miles apart. The article I read on the veteran arrested stated that he had sympathy for the people that were accused of shooting down the planes in September of last year. In 1987, The Seattle Times, ran a front page story on Lt Col Jim Channon, who worked with the military THETA models. Centers were established at Fort Ord, California and in Washington, D.C., to explore the intriguing idea that mind power plus fire power could eith win wars or make them unnecessary. There are many questions surrounding the allegations of illegality by Karl Rove. A number of elements must be established to prove a violation of the Intelligence Identities Protection Act, (50 USC 421-426, Wikisource has the full text of the act: Wikisource:Intelligence Identities Protection Act):


1) Intentional disclosure of "any information identifying" Valerie Plame:


Note that, contrary to some statements reported in the press, there is no requirement for Rove to have mentioned Valerie Plame by name. His indication that "wilson's wife" worked for the CIA is sufficient to identify a specific person.


2) Knowledge that the US was making efforts to conceal Valerie Plame's intelligence identity:


There is a need to produce evidence that Karl Rove "intentionally discloses any information identifying such covert agent to any individual not authorized to receive classified information, knowing that the information disclosed so identifies such covert agent and that the United States is taking affirmative measures to conceal such covert agent’s intelligence relationship to the United States" per § 421. Novak's initial column, identifying Plame as an "agency operative", would seem to have met this requirement. However, Novak has since disavowed it. He now insists that his sources told him, falsely, that Valerie Wilson was an open CIA "analyst" and he simply made a mistake in identifying her, correctly, as a covert CIA "operative".


3) US efforts to conceal Valerie Plame's intelligence identity:

There is a need to produce evidence that "the United States is taking affirmative measures to conceal such covert agent’s intelligence relationship to the United States" per § 421. Press reports indicate Ms. Plame had a notional identity as a private businesswoman, created as a cover by the CIA, which would appear to meet the "affirmative measures" test.


4) that Valerie Plame was actually a covert agent:


There is a need to produce evidence that Valerie Plame qualifies as a "covert agent" per § 426.


While there must be evidence that she served outside the US, a single official trip overseas might suffice. There are published reports that Plame served in London and Brussels in the early to mid-90s. However, this would not be sufficient to qualify Plame as a "covert agent" under the statutory definition as one "who is serving outside the United States or has within the last five years served outside the United States." § 426(4)(a)(ii).


A statement by Wilson on Wolf Blitzer's July 14, 2005 CNN program that, "my wife was not a clandestine officer the day that Bob Novak blew her identity", has caused some to consider it an indication that Wilson acknowledged Plame was no longer covert at the time. However, this statement was made in response to a question about whether Plame's actions had blown her cover, and Wilson went on to continue with his assertation that Novak was responsible for his wife's exposure. Wilson later explained that his wife was not covert on that day because that was the day her cover was blown, although the original statement matches with other statements of that nature. Former covert CIA agent Fred Rustmann, for instance, has claimed in the Washington Times on 15 July 2005 that "she made no bones about the fact that she was an agency employee and her husband was a diplomat...Her neighbors knew this, her friends knew this, his friends knew this." It was the position of the CIA, according to Rustmann, that she was a "non-official cover," or NOC, until 1997, and hadn't been out as that type of agent since then, instead having overt status. These statements are contrary to information in an older October 1, 2003 Knight Ridder report entitled "Justice Launches Probe Into CIA Leak," where an anonymous CIA official was quoted as saying, "If she was not undercover, we would have no reason to file a criminal referral," referring to the referral by the CIA to the Justice Department that a crime may have been committed. Further, Rustmann's claims are allegedly contradicted by the Wilsons' actual neighbors, who have stated in several interviews that they had no idea she worked for the CIA.


The day following the CNN interview, Wilson clarified his statement, saying that what he had meant to say was, that, as a result of Novak's column, Plame was effectively no longer a clandestine officer. He stood by his assertion that it was Novak's disclosure which made her job thenceforth untenable. Although the Associated Press had initially reported the interpretation that Wilson was claiming that his wife was not an operative at the time of the Novak column, they eventually retracted that report. If Plame's identity as a CIA employee was in fact classified, Rove's leak may also have violated other U.S. laws, including the Espionage Act. Failure to protect classified information, criminal or not, is often grounds for the revocation of one's security clearance. Finally, Rove has been interviewed by the FBI and has testified before a grand jury. Misrepresentations to either could be a crime.
